Previous experience of working with international schools, or working closely with students who wish to study abroad, and / or engaging with Indian students in the 13 – 18 age group is a pre requisite for this role.
Position: Senior Manager, School Partnerships
Start: Immediate
Remuneration: INR 50,000. Plus annual bonus upon meeting targets.
This is a full time role based in our Delhi office.
Interviews being conducted in the week of Monday 26 September.
The chosen candidate will work closely with international / boarding / academically selective / British era schools in India to promote our summer school programmes in the UK and the States.
The Role
A fascinating role has now become available within the business and for the right person this is an opportunity to make an immediate impact. The chosen candidate will work to recruit students for one of the best ranked summer school providers in the UK.
This is primarily a B2C role and we expect you to have the necessary skills and experience in engaging with students from wealthy families who wish to spend two weeks in the summer in the UK or the USA.
The role includes the following duties –
- Speak directly with the customer – including parents / students / schools to garner interest and establish a robust pipeline for summer 2023 entry
- To attend recruitment events and advise / counsel student enquiries over the phone & email, and in person
- Develop and drive strategic partnerships with schools
- Counsel students regarding opportunities regarding courses, programme selection, and post study career plans
- Advise students on application procedure and visa applications
Person Specification (essential):
- Fluent / native level English (spoken and written)
- 5 years of work experience in the student recruitment space in India – working closely with students who wish to study abroad
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with very confident presentation skills
- Proven experience of working closely with wealthy parents and HNI individuals
- Good relationship management and customer service skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- A highly organised approach to work
- A ‘can-do’ approach offering innovative ways of responding to challenges

- Champions the benefits and opportunities associated with international education, and particularly summer school studies in the UK and the USA
- It is particularly advantageous if you have lived and / or studied abroad
Employment Type
Full-time; this is not a work from home role.
