Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Gymnastics Teacher to train students in gymnastics techniques, physical fitness, flexibility, and coordination. The candidate will be responsible for conducting regular training sessions, ensuring student safety, and encouraging participation in sports activities and competitions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily gymnastics training sessions for students.
Teach basic and advanced gymnastics skills including balance, flexibility, stretching, tumbling, and coordination.
Ensure proper safety measures during practice and training.
Monitor students’ performance and physical development.
Prepare students for school competitions, annual events, and performances.
Maintain discipline and motivate students during sessions.
Manage and maintain gymnastics equipment safely.
Coordinate with school management for sports-related activities and events.
Provide guidance on fitness, warm-up, and injury prevention.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques and physical training.
Good communication and student management skills.
Ability to handle students of different age groups.
Leadership, teamwork, and motivational abilities.
Awareness of sports safety standards and first aid basics.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Physical Education, Sports, or related field.
Certification in Gymnastics Coaching is preferred.
Prior experience in school sports training is an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Gymnastics Teacher or Coach preferred.
