The Process Coordinator is the link to all the elements of our machine. She/he will interact with clients to keep our processes running smoothly, assign work to and take updates from consultants and even top management, and work with our administrative staff to ensure everything gets done on time always. The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.
Requirements:
– 2 years of work experience in administration / operations
– Good English speaking and communication ability
– First of all, a connect with our values (efficiency, hard work, honesty)
– Good time management skills
– Strong expression in spoken and written English
– Experience in using MS Office / Google Apps / internet and email
– Extremely good follow-up skills
– Work 6 days a week, 9am to 6pm
Roles and responsibilities:
– Drive the process for all consulting and teaching engagements by sending emails, updating process flowcharts, and keeping all individuals involved in the loop
– Follow up with administrative stakeholders to ensure they are on track
– Flag any deviations in advance; handle any potential disruptions by planning in advance
– Client management and company portal management
– Maintaining the website of the company.
– Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is preferable.
