Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Faculty for Hotel Management at Gyan Ganga Group of Institutions in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. The Faculty will be responsible for the day-to-day teaching and mentoring of hotel management students, curriculum development, research activities, university teaching, food production classes, front-office and housekeeping lectures, and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Organizational Behavior and Curriculum Development Skills
• Experience in conducting research and university teaching
• Marketing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Experience in the hotel management industry is a plus
• Master’s degree in Hotel Management or related field
