Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Academic Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the development and management of academic content on our web portal, ensuring that it meets educational standards and enhances the learning experience for our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Management:
- Coordinate and oversee the development, review, and update of academic content for the web portal.
- Ensure all educational materials align with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and quality of content.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to review and approve content.
- Curriculum Development:
- Assist in the development and continuous improvement of the online curriculum.
- Monitor educational trends and integrate best practices into the portal’s offerings.
- User Engagement:
- Engage with users to gather feedback and insights to improve the learning experience.
- Address user queries and concerns related to academic content.
- Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to content creators and educators using the portal.
- Develop and deliver workshops or webinars on effective use of the web portal.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure the seamless integration of academic content into the web portal.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote educational programs and content.
- Data Analysis:
- Analyze user data and feedback to identify areas for content improvement.
- Prepare reports on content performance and user engagement.
Qualifications:
- Any Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in education, curriculum development, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of educational standards and best practices.
