Roles and Responsibilities:

• Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
• Delegating tasks and set deadlines for your internal team.
• Setting clear team goals.
• Ability to oversee day-to-day operation.
• Motivate and mentor the team members as per the process requirements.
• Discover training needs and provide coaching or mentorship.
• Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
• Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
• Encourage creativity and risk-taking.
• Suggest and organize team building activities.
• Regular quality checks for every session and make sure the course is completed in the said time line.
• Nurturing team member strengths and identifying areas for improvement.
• Responsible for preparing and hosting presentations.
• Prepare presentations on data and analyses and visualize data to support awareness and decision-making.
• Ideas of new teaching methods.
• Event planning and organizing.
• Handling learners’ escalations and dealing with intricate learner’s issues.
• Readiness to work on rotational shifts and adapt to flexible working hours.

Skills:

• Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Decision-making and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
