We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Play School Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing learning environment for young children, delivering creative and engaging lessons, and promoting children’s social, emotional, and intellectual development.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Play School Teacher preferred, but freshers can also apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and innovative teaching skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• NTT and Montessori Certified
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Patience and a genuine love for working with young children.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations and priorities.
• Knowledge of child development and early childhood education.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans.
• Provide a safe and stimulating environment for young children.
• Foster a love of learning and curiosity in young children.
• Provide positive guidance and discipline to children.
• Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their child’s progress.
• Encourage social, emotional, and intellectual development in young children.
• Observe and evaluate children’s behavior, social development, and physical health.
• Maintain accurate records of each child’s progress and development.
• Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Attend and participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and parent-teacher conferences.

Salary: ₹5,000.00 – ₹10,000.00 per month
