About the job:

As one of the scrum masters in Gruner India you will be a team member of 2-3 teams taking over the role of a scrum master and agile coach. Your task is mainly focusing on the core of what a scrum master does: helping the teams to get better in scrum application, supporting in teams and individual performance and dealing with impediments inside of teams and even on the organizational level. For the latter you will be closely collaborating with other group and plant scrum masters and also be in touch with the scrum team dealing with strategy and plant impediments. Your role is accompanied with a high degree of freedom and of course self-responsibility, in addition every contribution to our overall agile transformation is highly welcome!

Desired Candidate Profile

• You are a certified scrum master, preferably from scruminc or intending to be so in the near future
• You already have experience in supporting agile teams
• You start to incorporate the scrum master mindset as being a servant leader
• You like working with people and supporting them and also teams in their development
• You are fluent in English and the scrum terminology
• You are open to learn and grow by creating a network of like-minded people spreading an agile mindset
