Job Summary

We need a female candidate who can handle all inbound and outbound Course Enquiry, Calls, and Follow- up, Campus visits in our Jaipur office. Simultaneously, manage & attend regular operation of office work. Should be able to make a presentation and also having basic command over office and excel.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Student counselling and converted into admissions.
• Cold call people using a given database to enroll students.
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the student’s requirements.
• Facilitate administrative requirements throughout the student journey like documentation application etc.
• Maintain and expand student database within your assigned territory/school,
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with team to achieve better results.
• Manage front office work.
• Manage all the Expenses and Fees Collection.
• Send Daily report to the assigned manager.

Qualifications and Skills

• Confident and presentable personality with a positive attitude
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills verbal and written, Strong convincing skills
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience as an Admission Counsellor in a Reputed Coaching Institute will be more beneficial.
