At GrowthSchool, we partner with the top 1% of instructors to create high-impact cohort-based courses on personal and professional growth for learners all over the world. Learners get access to top instructors and a strong community for a lifelong learning experience.
We are on a mission to democratize education and are looking for early team members who will shape the course of GrowthSchool in the coming years. We would like you to join us as early members of this rocketship as we grow and scale.
The first set of courses was launched by Vaibhav Sisinty, Ajeet Khurrana, Raghava K.K, and other experts who are the best in the field.
We are backed by Sequoia Capital, Owl Ventures, and marquee angels like Kunal Shah, Ankur Warikoo, Anshuman Singh (Co-Founder of Scaler Academy), and many more.
Vaibhav Sisinty is the Founder of GrowthSchool, who headed Marketing for Klook and Ex-Uber He has been a marketing consultant to over 60 startups, helping them to find new customers & grow exponentially through growth hacking at half the budget of digital marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities
– Onboard learners into the program and ensure they have a great onboarding experience.
– Plan and work with program managers and mentors on designing the schedules for the program and implementing the same.
– Setup the community and ensure high quality engagements.
– Host and moderate live sessions for the learners in the program, ensuring the highest quality and value for the learners.
– Execute effective feedback mechanisms to understand the health of the cohort and keep a tracker for the same.
– Work with other stakeholders closely and help in executing timely communications with the learners.
– Talking to learners on regular basis to understand feedback and improvise the experience.
– Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks to keep the programs running in a smooth manner.
Key skills:
1. Hosting and moderating live engagements on Zoom
2. Attention to detail and tech-savviness to work with various tools.
3. Hand-on experience with the basics of excel.
