An Education Counsellor is the professional who is responsible for providing counselling and career advice to the students in order to help them choose the right course, tackle the different academic challenges and help them reach their academic goals.
Job Description:
1.Relationship Management
2.Achieving and Exceeding the Sales Target on a Continuous basis.
3.Responsible for Business Development through concept sales cold calling and prospecting over
the phone
4.Generating Appointment , Meetings , Presenting Counseling and Convincing
5.To sell and promote the courses offered briefing about various benefits of the desired candidate
through cold calling and prospecting over the phone
Job Requirement:
- Achieve allocated admission targets.
- Counsel Students and Parents about our courses and competition exams landscape.
- Champion entire student cycle: Prospecting, Counseling, Admission, Orientation and Support.
- Interaction with Students and Parents on regular basis to provide Aakash experience.
- Clarifying doubts of Students and Parents.
- Managing fee software for different programs.
- Monitor class schedules to ensure smooth running of classes.
- Liaison with Head Office (Delhi) for upcoming programs, admission tests and other offers.
- Handling assigned administrative responsibilities.
Experience, Skills &Key Responsibilities:
- Relevant experience in counseling profile.
- Self-motivator & Drive to work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills. Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Preferably experience in Educational / Insurance / Training / Banking.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
