Job Summary
Reporting to the Director, the Senior Student Counsellor is accountable for the overall performance of the student recruitment. The role is to drive student recruitment through planning, thereby measuring performance, coordinating all efforts through monthly business reviews to ensure that Gresham’s target has been met which further helps in driving more students to achieve targets.

Experience
- 5+ years’ work experience in Sales and Operations
- Prior experience in education consultancy preferred
- Team Management experience of 1 – 2 years
- Bachelor’s Degree Required.
Preferred Candidate skills
- Excellent command of English and Hindi
- Good telephonic and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) as well as organizational skills
- Experience working and succeeding in a goal-driven environment
- Presentable
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PPT)
Expected Start Date: 15/3/2022

Salary: ₹192,356.00 – ₹443,550.00 per year
