Responsibilities
To handle the team
To contribute in developing and upgrading quality of delivery of classes from time to time.
To develop quality assurance framework.
To develop, measure and follow performance indicators of the department, program, members and students.
To transfer knowledge including practical skills, methods and techniques in Human Resource Department.
To challenge thinking, foster debate and develop the ability of students to engage in critical discourse and rational thinking.
To supervise student projects, field trips and, where appropriate, placements.
To set, mark and assess work and examinations and provide feedback to students.
To practice teaching and learning of avantgarde.
To conduct and promote interactive lectures, case-based learning, inquiry guided learning and project-based learning.

Shift:
1.Morning shift:6.30AM-3.00PM
2.Day Shift:8.45AM-5.00PM
Eduction: MBA ( Preferred specialization- HRM)
Experience: Corporate or teaching : 5 years (Preferred)
