Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic and experienced academic leader to join our world-
class team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in higher education
management, program development, and a passion for improving access to quality education.
In this role, you will work closely with universities to design and deliver online and blended
programs, and support universities in delivering high-quality degree programs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with universities to design and develop online and blended degree programs, ensuring alignment with academic standards and industry requirements.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with university partners, academic departments, University leaders and other stakeholders involved in program development and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements for each program, working closely with relevant teams as needed.
- Represent our team in university meetings including Board of Studies meetings, Academic Reviews, and Program Committees.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for faculty members and instructional staff, ensuring a high-quality teaching team.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance, conducting regular assessments and implementing improvements based on feedback and data analysis.
- Collaborate with our learning teams to incorporate innovative learning techniques and technologies in program delivery.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in online and blended learning, incorporating them into program design and delivery strategies.
Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in higher education and at least 2 years in higher education administration.
- Experience in or exposure to the design and delivery of online and blended degree programs.
- Strong and up-to-date understanding of the Indian higher education system, including regulatory frameworks and accreditation processes.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple programs simultaneously.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience working with Academic leaders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with university partners and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and online learning technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to inform program improvements.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
