Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Your primary job responsibility will include (and not limited to):
Own end to end students learning experience & outcomes
- Monitor participants’ academic performance and undertake learning interventions in the form of remedial sessions, coaching, and mentoring
- Collaborate closely with faculties to ensure that learning objectives are being met and learner
feedback or concerns are being addressed
- Be the first point contact for participants for academic queries and manage discussion groups
Drive excellence & quality of outcomes in Thesis projects & capstones
- Help students in identifying impactful problems for Thesis & Capstone projects
- Guide and mentor students on their thesis projects to ensure academic rigor, innovation and
high-impact outcomes
- Encourage and provide necessary assistance to students to help successfully publish their work in reputed journals & publications
Collaborate with Faculty & Academic Operations team to create best in class learning material –
video, reading material, assignments, exams
- Design and conduct examinations to measure the learning outcome of participants
- Identify key emerging trends in the industry and maintain a rich reference material
- Assist program director and senior operations and academics managers in planning on-campus sessions, preparing schedules, evaluation, and grading
- Identify key reporting metrics and create dashboards to enable quick decision making

different skill areas, you can grow into:
- A Full-time Faculty responsible for teaching one or more courses for our different batches
and programs. You are also expected to drive excellence and high-impact outcomes and
successful publications in reputed journals for students’ Thesis projects, in your areas of
specialization. As a Faculty, you will also support the Academic Operations teams in
reviewing & enhancing the content & assessments for your specialization areas.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) on one or more areas of specialization. You are expected to
build deep expertise and stay abreast of the changes and latest trends in your chosen area(s)
of specialization. You will collaborate closely with our network of academic & Industry
experts to ensure that the curriculum and content stay relevant and aligned to the latest
developments and emerging trends. You will own end-to-end responsibility for creating best-in-class content across learning materials, case studies, and assessments.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate with an exceptional academic track record
- Teaching/Training experience is preferred
- Competency: (Top 3)
1. Passion for learning and having great learning outcomes
2. Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
3. Excellent knowledge in python, tableau, and ML concepts
