Role Description

This is a contract based remote role for a Course Developer. The Course Developer will be responsible for developing and designing course materials, collaborating with subject matter experts and instructional designers, creating and maintaining course schedules, and ensuring course quality. The Course Developer will also be responsible for researching and analysing subject matter, assessing learning needs, and identifying learning objectives.

Qualifications

• Curriculum Development and Course Development skills.
• Instructional Design and Analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
• Ability to collaborate and work with teams
• Experience in e-learning and digital media
• Experience in using authoring tools and LMS
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or related field
• Certification in Instructional Design is a plus
