Primary Duties1. Revenue & distribution growth for the assigned categories.2. Devise long-term content and channel management strategy for YouTube.3.

Devise long-term development strategies for category growth.4. Foster trust relationships with existing educators and hiring the best educators in the industry.5. Handle and manage multiple categories.

Establish and monitor the team performance and development goals, assign accountabilities, set objectives, and establish priorities.7. P&L ownership: management of revenue & cost to deliver expected outcomes.8. Set strategic goals and KPIs for the team.9.

Mentor and develop the team members using a supportive and collaborative approach. Key Skills1. Ability to think big (10x) while also defining and driving specific actions on an aggressive timeline2.
