Position Brief: –

We are seeking applications of professionals with relevant experience in the social sector to work on multiple projects, contributing to the expansion of aforesaid practice in areas such as rural development, MSMEs, education, TVET, and agribusiness.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• The role involves supporting the development of new business opportunities within the social sector across various regions and ensuring timely and effective project implementation.
• The position also entails involvement in project processing, administering loans, ensuring the achievement of project impacts and outcomes, and participating in policy development and implementation.
• The role involves working closely with clients and overseeing projects, actively contributing to the design and implementation of educational initiatives, and managing financial aspects such as preparing reports, handling contracts, communicating with vendors, and managing billing processes.

Desired Qualification & Attributes: –

• 10+ years of relevant experience preferably with Donors/ Multilateral Development Banks / Development Financial Institutions like World Bank, ADB, AFDB, etc.
• MBA/ equivalent degree.
• Client-facing experience
• Willingness to travel.
