Join our dynamic team at GRB Publications as a Sales Executive and play a pivotal role in shaping the educational landscape. As a Sales Executive, you will be a key contributor to our growth by effectively promoting and distributing our diverse range of educational resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients within the education sector, including schools, colleges, coaching centers (JEE, NEET, and General Competition).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, teachers, administrators & book sellers.
  • Conduct on-site visits to schools, coaching centres & book sellers, presenting our educational materials and addressing their needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals.
  • Generate leads, negotiate terms, and close sales to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management.
  • Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to network and enhance brand visibility.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, educational developments, and competitor activities.
  • Travel as needed to various locations to meet clients and prospects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the publishing or educational sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Results-driven attitude with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to schools, coaching centers, and events.
