Designation: Asst. Manager D&I
Location: HO, Mumbai
Job Purpose:
As a key member of the D&I team, the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Assistant Manager will play a central role in the implementation, facilitation and execution of company-wide DEI and organizational development initiatives; continuing the implementation of our integrated DEI strategy aligned with making Godrej Properties Limited a career development destination for best-in-class talent.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition team to facilitate opportunities for talent attraction and retention for focus cohorts under GPL’s D&I strategy
- Work with consultants and external partners to support DEI initiatives, including recruitment, training, executive coaching, competency review, etc.
- Create reports in accordance to D&I metrics
- Coordinate DEI events, such as conferences and training
- Embed best practices by researching and applying DEI initiatives, engaging subject matter experts and internal partners to implement robust programs
Education:
Masters – MBA / Psychology
Experience:
At least 2 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition / D&I
Excellent presentation, writing, communications, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and proactively, think out of the box and provide creative and effective solutions
High Proficiency in English (Speaking and Writing)
