This role is part of the Global Center of Excellence in Talent, Leadership Development & Campus relations – and an opportunity help impact leadership development across levels and across our global businesses in Asia, Africa and Latin America. You will partner closely with leadership team members and HR partners across geographies.

Your Roles & Responsibilities

Talent Management

Manage talent review processes globally in partnership with the Corporate Center of Excellence, senior leadership and HR stakeholders with the aim of identifying and enabling development actions for key cohorts

Partner on the design and execution of development plans and inputs for key cohorts to build leadership capability and strengthen the succession pipeline for critical roles

Leadership Learning

Curate customised individual and group journeys for key cohorts globally; leverage multidisciplinary elements for immersive experiences

Design and manage organisation wide learning inputs in partnership with internal stakeholders and external experts

Identify ways to measure and improve the effectiveness of learning interventions

Business School Campus Relations

Curate and manage the GCPL global approach to business school campus relations as a key input to the talent pipeline

Curate and manager the flagship internship and management trainee programmes

Position Requirements

Qualification:

Post Graduate degree (MBA) in Human Resources

Experience

~4 years of work experience in Human Resources

Critical Skills

Able to take personal accountability to deliver quality results and achieve objectives in an evolving dynamic environment

Able to influence beyond function/level and adapt basis business need to solve for talent needs

Able to devise and manage multiple learning interventions across geographies and levels

Understanding of talent and leadership learning is encouraged but not a necessity

Reporting Structure

You will report to DGM – HR (Global CoE Lead -Talent, Leadership Development and Campus relations) and work closely under the guidance of GILAC Talent and Leadership Development Lead
