Designation: Consultant – Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to create and execute comprehensive diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies aligned with organizational goals. • Facilitate and support the activities of employee resource groups to create a sense of belonging and community for diverse cohorts. • Support and Collaborate with Campus and Talent acquisition teams to attract and retain diverse talent. • Develop and deliver content to increase awareness of diversity and inclusion topics, including unconscious bias. • Analyze relevant data to assess the effectiveness of diversity initiatives and identify areas for improvement. • Establish and maintain partnerships with external organizations or vendors to enhance diverse recruitment efforts. • Support and Coordinate DEI events and awareness programs. • Stay updated with industry best practices and implement effective DEI programs internally.
Education:
MBA/Master’s in Psychology/Master’s in Mass Communication
Experience 2-5 years of relevant experience
Skills Required • Basic knowledge of Microsoft office like MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, etc. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
