Responsibilities
- Development of annual marketing plan, budgeting, and plan Execution.
- Execution and monitoring of online Marketing in search engines, Social Media, etc.
- Responsible for achieving the targets assigned in terms of student enrolment for the assigned businesses.
- Leading the Marketing & Sales team to achieve the targets and motivate them for better performance outcomes.
- Market Analysis & Competitive Analysis: Market and Trend analysis for finding new business areas and competitive analysis to keep track of new updates for direct competitors.
- Responsible for lead generation & data Mining to support student acquisition so as to achieve the admission target.
- Executing and monitoring all ATL and BTL activities for the Institute.
Qualifications
MBA/PGDM in Marketing, relevant experience in Education Industry.
