To provide Business Development function support (incl. Marketing/ Branding/Financial Feasibility) to GGIAL ALD to deliver its business objectives and stakeholder expectations

ORGANISATION CHART

This position reports to Head BD, ALD Goa

Key Accountabilities

Prepare and execute ALD business models as per Business strategy

Facilitate the preparation of Financial Feasibility and Cashflow for assets

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

Transaction Advisory Consultants, GoG, Design Architects,

MADA, Audit Agencies, Contractors etc.

INTERNAL INTERACTIONS

GGIAL Team, ALD team

FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS

• Shall be in line with the Business Model requirements.

Other Dimensions

• Shall support Bid Management process for all ALD assets as per the Business Plan

Education Qualifications

• MBA from reputed institute
• Familiarity with excel to make basic project level cash flow and IRR/NPV models
• Ability to work with data to develop high quality business presentation

Relevant Experience

• Min. 8 – 10 Years of BD / Commercial / Sales / Marketing experience.
• Exposure to the Hospitality Industry in Business Development role would be an added advantage.
