Role Description

This is a freelance remote role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for open positions, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Experience in the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of technical skills and experience recruiting for IT positions
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
• Experience in SAP recruitment is a plus
