Global V Immigration Hiring For Immigration Visa counsellor at New Delhi, Delhi Full Time

We are looking to hire a motivated Visa Consultant to join our dynamic team.

You will be responsible for guiding clients through all Visa application procedures to ensure timely results.

You will be handling the processing of visas right from collecting relevant information to submitting application on behalf of clients, as required.

Responsibilities

– Ensure all visa applications are processed within the specific times frames

– Managing collection of information from clients and assisting them with completion of paperwork to meet timelines

– Verifying the authenticity and relevance of client’s paperwork and supporting documents

– Answer all calls and emails in a timely and professional manner

– Provide accurate information to clients upon their visa request

– Research and present findings on different entry requirements, including COVID requirements and any other tests or vaccinations needed

– Process all associated administrative tasks and adhering to financial processes internally

– Preparing and handover of final tour details for visa purposes, including tickets, insurance, and confirmation details

Qualifications

– At least 3 years of as a Visa consultant

– Good communication skills with spoken proficiency in English and Hindi

– Strong work ethic and team player attitude

– Excellent attention to detail and cross checking skills

– Displays an energetic & positive attitude

– Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills

– Should be able to work under pressure & handle multiple tasks efficiently, without compromising on quality

– Quick learning, able to adapt to an ever-changing travel environment

– Be able to do independent research to find answers to more complex or unique cases

Location: New Delhi

Salary: No bar for Deserving Candidates

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
