Location : Noida, Sector 50

Major Job Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day school operations
• Manage school logistics and budgets
• Set learning goals for students and teachers based on national curricular
• Monitor and report on teacher performance
• Present data from school performance to board members
• Research new resources and techniques to improve teaching
• Interview and hire school personnel
• Review and implement school policies
• Provide guidance and counselling to teachers
• Handle emergencies and school crises
• Organize school events and assemblies
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for students (e.g. implementing hygiene rules)
• Attend conferences to gain knowledge on current educational trends

Desired Candidate Profile

• Only female candidates required
• Excellent Communication and Leadership skills and efficient management ability.
• Responsible for the supervision and general discipline of the school.
• Should be aged between 35 to 45 years.
• Must be highly passionate.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an edge in modern teaching and learning methodologies.
• Should have 10 years of experience in teaching and atleast 5 years of experience in administrative.

Education : PG required with B.Ed.

Experience : 12 – 20 years

Salary : As per experience

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹3,000,000.00 – ₹6,000,000.00 per year
