We are urgently in need of Admission Counsellors/ Coordinators with a minimum of 2 years experience preferably female candidate with prior experience in Edtech/ Education/ IT/ Service Industry.

Job Title: Admission Counsellor/ Coordinators

Job Type: Work from office

Job Location: Noida, Sector-63

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Guide students and their parents/guardians through the college admissions and application process.
• Handle incoming inquiries and requests and prepare written responses to routine inquiries.
• Assisting students in picking suitable courses.
• Providing information on the various admission procedures and requirements
• Staying up-to-date with the developments and changes in the educational sector
• Research and verify the accuracy of application information
• Follow-up with students to verify any application issues, including discrepancies or missing information

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent active listening, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong planning and people are reading skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Willingness to guide others and provide ongoing support as they make crucial decisions.
• Good multitasking abilities
• Ability to provide excellent customer service. Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹200,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per year
