Roles and Responsibilities:
- Be the primary contact for prospective students by providing ongoing communication and counseling.
- Advise students about the admission process and program requirements for undergraduate, diploma, and graduate programs in the USA.
- Make outbound calls to prospective students who have expressed an interest in applying for universities in the USA.
- Provide excellent customer service to potential and existing applicants through consistent and effective outreach and follow-up.
- Counselling and advising students throughout the process via e-mail and phone.
- Managing student applications from original enquiry through to application submission and beyond.
- Advising prospective applicants and their families on university/ school admission requirements and process, academic programs/ courses, and school life in the USA.
- Maintain and manage the CRM application database of inquiries and leads, recording all conversion activity, contact details, profiles, contact history, decisions, and outcomes.
- Provide the required administrative support to all the departments as and when required and adhere to strict guidelines while performing the same.
- Follow an agreed-upon process to manage, monitor and convert inquiries into prospective applicants.
- Meeting targets and deadlines as set by the management.
- Be a productive and effective member of the office team and support managers by exhibiting a collaborative mindset.
- Attending University training & Workshops when needed.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times and ensure that student information is not shared with any external sources.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- A Graduate degree is required.
- A minimum of 5 years experience working as a USA education Advisor/ Counsellor.
- Fluency in English and Telugu/ Hindi.
- Experience in USA education advising is preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication is required.
- Possess outstanding sales skills, and the ability to convert leads into sales.
- Experience in making high-volume outbound calls would be an asset.
- Be self-motivated and proactive in pursuing leads.
- Good presentation skills.
- Confident in dealing with people at all levels, excellent rapport-building skills, good communication, and interpersonal skills
- Be confident working in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi-task, and capability to work independently.
- Desirable traits- Critical Thinking, Persuasive attitude, and Adaptability based on the needs of the situation
- Ensure transparent and regular communication with managers as well as applicants to avoid any communication gaps.

Experience:
