Opening for Trainer (RCM) @ Vepery (Global Healthcare Billing Partners Pvt Ltd)

Roles and Responsibilities

l Responsible for training AR Freshers

I Lead a variety of Ops. Training programs
I Work with Ops. Managers and QC team
l Will be part of new client and new scope transition

l Will actively be involved in OJT phase of Freshers

l Need to address process gaps and suggest improvements to the Team Lead

l Coaching the agents on short falls and track their improvements

l To be a good motivator and maintaining the teams performance

l Responsible for creating and administering on going training programs for new and current employees

l Will be responsible for Preparing Account Manual Test, Process Audit, Call Audit, Preparing Training Material

Desired Candidate Profile

l Good understanding and knowledge of US Healthcare End to End RCM process with minimum 1+ years of working experience in Training & Development

l Should have been currently in T&D *Should be currently designated as TRAINER.

l Should be able to communicate in English fluently and do presentations affluently.

l Flexible for Night Shit (Vepery Location)
