Role:Manager/ Senior Manager Impact Assessment
Location:Remote(frequent travel expected)
GiveGrants team undertakes various studies and assessments such asimpact assessment of CSR programs feasibility studies SROI studiesneeds assessments social audits and site visits to monitor CSRprograms. The team also works with nonprofits to assess theirprograms.
Thisrole is part of our Impact assessment team within Give Grants.
Requiredbackground and qualifications:
A min. of 12 years of experience in social sector researchassessments coupled with a formal education in Anthropology/Economics/ Sociology/Development Studies/allied subjects
Exposure experience and/or knowledge of program design / assessmentin a variety of cause areas such as (indicative list):
Healthcare: Mobile Health Units Elderly care Cancer care Nutritionand maternal health health awareness projects etc.
Education: Primary secondary and tertiary education supporteducation infrastructure scholarships digital and STEM educationremedial education teacher training development of contentetc.
Skilling: Vocational skills for youth women entrepreneurshipdevelopment microentrepreneurs NSDC based employment generation andreadiness programs etc.
WASH Health and sanitation Improvement in infrastructure awarenessWater conservation rural development etc.
Others Road safety improvement and/ or creation of communityinfrastructure restoration of heritage sites Disaster Relief COVIDrelief promotion of sports etc.
Strong team management and leadership skills
Outstanding communication skills in English
Excellent report writing and data analysis skills
Ability to own delivery to the client by leading a team ofassociate managers sr. associates associates and field researchersalong with external agency if needed
Experience in using tech tools for on ground data collection (e.g.Kobo Toolbox Survey CTO) and also possess the ability to master newtechnology tools as required
Highly organized individual capable of handling multiple prioritiesmeeting deadlines and managing time effectively
Willingness to travel to client locations and projectsites
Responsibilities
1.Lead delivery of assessments to the clients
Build (spearhead the hiring process) and lead a team of AssociateManagers Sr Associates Associates and Field Researchers
Team allocation and management for each client delivery
Identify and manage external agencies for specific deliveries ifrequired
Managing client expectations for the overall delivery whilemanaging the team to ensure timely and quality delivery
2.Provide expert advice and oversight
For assessment tool creation and report finalization
For seamless data collection process leveraging a tech platform
For timelines regarding various delivery milestones
3.Ensuring errorfree and highquality data collection managementanalysis and report writing Creating and incorporating policies foreffective data collection and management
Ensuring zeroerror data analysis and drawing of key insights andinterpretations from the data
Ensuring delivery of highquality reports with robust analysis ofthe program strong databacked insights and actionablerecommendations
4.Account Management
Ensure that the company is achieving profitability margins asdefined by business imperatives. Ownership of invoice clearance forallocated portfolio of accounts
Margin maintenance and resource management
Identify expansion opportunities through upsell/ cross sell
5.Impact Communication
Presenting the findings of the assessment/evaluation to the clientthrough inperson or virtual meetings with their leadership
Drafting writeups with impact stories for Give Grants website /social media pages
Facilitating social media posts of key assessments
