Responsibilities
The SurveyEnumerator will primarily be responsible for conducting thesocio-economic
surveys (virtually / in person)with the help of hand-held devices/laptops andblueprint
consisting of surveyquestionnaires designed for the various stakeholders of theCSR
projects.
Pre-Enumeration
Attendenumerators training sessions
Receiveenumeration forms / questionnaires and tracker fromAssessment
Manager
Develop anenumeration schedule / itinerary and finalize that withthe
AssessmentManager

DuringEnumeration
Conductinterviews with respondents
Record responsesas instructed and update thetracker
Comply with the requirementsnecessary for conducting a successfulinterview

Post-Enumeration
Ensure that allthe designated surveys areundertaken
Ensure that all questionnairesare accounted for

Background andqualifications:
A min. of 2 yearsof experience in a similar role or a bachelor s degreein
Anthropology/ Economics/Sociology/Development Studies/PublicPolicy/Political
Science
Exposure orexperience in any of the below cause areas (indicativelist):
  • Healthcare MobileHealth Units, Elderly care, Cancer care, Nutritionand
  • maternal health,health awareness projectsetc.
  • Education Primary,secondary and tertiary education support,education
  • infrastructure,scholarships, digital and STEM education, remedialeducation,
    teacher training, development of contentetc.
  • Skilling Vocationalskills for youth, women, entrepreneurshipdevelopment,
  • micro-entrepreneurs,NSDC based, employment generation and readiness
    programsetc.
  • WASH Health andsanitation, Improvement in infrastructure,awareness,
    Water conservation, rural developmentetc.
  • Others Road safety,improvement and/ or creation of community
    infrastructure,restoration of heritage sites, Disaster Relief, COVIDrelief,
    promotion of sportsetc.
  • Outstandingcommunicationskills
  • Ability to provide attention todetail to carefully follow instructions relating to recording ofresponses
  • Highly organized individual,capable of handling multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, andmanaging timeeffectively
  • Experience in using technologytools and also possess the ability to master new technology tools,as required
  • Ability to work independently under minimumsupervision as well as an effective teamplayer.
Locationscan be any of thefollowing 
AllTier 1 cities Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabadetc. 
Tier2 Cities – Ahmedabad , Pune, Lucknow, Bhubaneshwar, Bhopal, Ranchietc
Languages Known: Fluency inunderstanding and speaking in English,Kannada  and Hindi ispreferable. However, knowledge of any of the following languageswill  be advantageous.
