• A min. of 8 years ofexperience in social sector research, assessments coupled with aformal education in Anthropology/ Economics/ Sociology/DevelopmentStudies/alliedsubjects
• Exposure andexperience of program design / assessment in most of the belowcause areas (indicative list):
  – Healthcare: MobileHealth Units, Elderly care, Cancer care, Nutrition and maternalhealth, health awareness projects etc.
  – Education:Primary, secondary and tertiary education support, educationinfrastructure, scholarships, digital and STEM education, remedialeducation, teacher training, development of contentetc.
  – Skilling: Vocational skills for youth, women,entrepreneurship development, micro-entrepreneurs, NSDC based,employment generation and readiness programs etc.
  – WASHHealth and sanitation, Improvement in infrastructure, awareness,Water conservation, rural development etc.
  – Others Roadsafety, improvement and/ or creation of community infrastructure,restoration of heritage sites, Disaster Relief, COVID relief,promotion of sportsetc.

• Ability to spearheaddelivery to the client by leading a team of associates in theImpact team, enumerators on field and external agency ifneeded
• Experience in usingtechnology tools and also possess the ability to master newtechnology tools, asrequired

• Leaddelivery of assessments to the clients
  Lead ateam of 2 Associates and enumerators on the field
  Setting expectations with the clients and the team and ensuring thetimely and qualitydelivery
• Review andfinalize Impact Assessment Tools
  Based on thethe log frame and theory of change of a program, finalize theoutcomes and impact indicators as well as corresponding processindicators
  Finalize baseline metrics to measure keyoutcomes and impact
  Finalize timelines and develop thedesign for midline and end-lineevaluations
• DataCollection Process
  Identifying the methodologyfor data collection and manage timelines
  Reviewing andfinalizing survey tools in line with the designed metrics for theprimary data from key stakeholders of the program
  Orienting and monitoring the team responsible for administeringsurveys for primary data collection
  Leading secondaryresearch for landscapemapping
• DataManagement, analysis and report writing
  Creating and enforcing policies for effective datamanagement
  Ensuring zero-error data analysis and drawingof key insights and interpretations form the data
  Drafting report including the findings from the assessment,analysis and recommendations
  Collaborating with externalagencies, if necessary for publishing findings on otherplatforms
• ImpactCommunication
  Drafting write-ups with impactstories for Give Grants website / social media pages
  Facilitating social media post of a key assessments
  Presenting the findings of the assessment/evaluation to theclient
