Position: Assistant, Associate & Professor Location: Visakhapatnam Requirement: We are looking for Faculty to teach in the departments of: Accounting and Finance Human Resource Management Marketing Strategy and Entrepreneurship Operations Business Analytics International Business It would be desirable if the faculty could associate their research with the following thematic areas: Business Transformation Circular Economy Decent Work and Productivity Resilient Supply Chains Service Science Social Entrepreneurship Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and deliver courses in various business disciplines. Utilize diverse teaching methodologies to accommodate various learning styles. Stay updated with current business trends and integrate them into the curriculum. Conduct high quality research in a particular field of knowledge and publish findings in professional journals, books, or electronic media. Guide MBA students in their research projects and theses and assist in job placement. Build partnerships with the business community for MDPs, Executive Education Programs, workshops, and networking events. Provide academic counselling and career advice to MBA students. Participate in the development and review of academic programs. Serve on faculty committees and contribute to policy-making. Engage in accreditation processes and ensure compliance with educational standards. Education and Experience The candidate must possess a PhD from Accredited University. Teaching/Industry/Research experience as per UGC/AICTE Norms Significant experience in teaching at the university level, preferably in MBA programs. A strong record of research and publications. Professional experience in the business sector is advantageous. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
