Job description Roles and Responsibilities

Should have expertise in designing study materials & supervise masters & doctoral students.
Should have handled applied & product driven Research.
Should be able to provide strategic leadership and overall coordination for research program of the department.
To prepare proposals for various funding agencies like DBT, UGC, AICTE, DST and other multilateral agencies.
Fostering collaborations and mentoring support for research.

Desired Candidate Profile

Should have good career with B.Tech, M.Tech. and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from good institutions.
Should have 10 to 15 years of experience for Professor and 05 to 10 years of experience for Associate Professors in Universities / IITs/ NITs or research institution.
Candidates having exposure in patents and capable of getting Research Project funding from different funding agencies shall get preference over others.
Candidates belonging to Odisha and adjacent states are encouraged to apply.
