Role & responsibilities

• Plan and execute joyful, rigorous lessons on team sports and health and fitness that give scholars hands-on experience and practice
• Create systems for and monitor student safety in gymnasium, locker rooms and outdoors
• Maintain an active athletic program that promotes good sportsmanship and student development
• Ensure that KIPPs academic standards are reinforced through the districts athletic programs
• Facilitate a relationship with MSHSAA (Missouri State High School Activities Association)
• Performs any other related duties as assigned by the regional Manager of Student Support Services or other appropriate administrator
• Of the job and are not meant to be all inclusive
• Adapted Physical Education Teachers are expected to develop, update and adhere to both a daily and weekly schedule
• Preferred candidate profile

Desired Candidate

• Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or any Bachelor’s Degree with a Diploma in Education or Masters in Education
• 2-3 years minimum of teaching experience
• Candidate must have excellent communication skills
• Candidate must be ready to relocate and work in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, United Arab Emirates
• Candidate must be ready to travel in March 2024
• Age is 22 to 35 years old

• IELT minimum of 6.5 scores is an advantage
