Inviting applications for the role of Manager-L&D Program Manager
Responsibilities
- Learning advisor
Bring in best L&D practices based on feedback and recommendation.
Maintain strong participant engagement to ensure complete support.
Manage & lead learning experience to generate positive VOC.
Drive program activities to ensure on track execution of program activities as per plan which includes scheduling, launching learner surveys etc.
Liaison with internal stakeholders and vendor partners to plan program activities & ensure great learner experience.
- Learning Program Reports & Dashboards –
Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of the programs by collating program data, generate relevant insights to communicate effectively with the leadership on the progress made.
Liaison with global & diverse teams to track participant performance data pre and post program.
Track attendance, metrics to generate program scorecard for all participants.
Deploy dashboards & report automation wherever possible.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
- Hands on experience in L&D with the sound knowledge of MS Office
- Project Management skills will be preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in an agile, continuously evolving, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
- Strong experience and knowledge in collating & designing performance data & insights in L&D or HR is a must.
- Ability to present data insights that determines program performance and enables improvements as necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written skills; able to create storyline that generates data insights & actionable.
- Ability to work across levels, geographies and functions/ verticals without any reservations or inhibitions.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA- HR
- Expert in MS Office tools – Excel & PowerPoint
