Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee – Recruitment


Responsibilities


    Expertise in volume hiring of fresh graduates


    Participate in recruiting and selecting fresh graduates from top Tech Schools, B-Schools, E-Schools, and Graduate Schools across India


    Plan and conduct Campus hiring events in the best slots during the Placement season and develop effective working relationships with Training & Placement Officers & Professors


    Review and analyse selected candidates on various factors such as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, and abilities


    Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing status updates and information on the company. Administer tests and interpret results


    Plan the selection process including competencies to assess and interviewers


    Consult on selection decisions and offers, frequently involving complex terms and conditions as well as providing strong consultation to management on recruiting and Human Resources policy


    Complete all process requirements including dispositioning candidates, and ensuring compliance with all policy and regulatory requirements


    Build continuous market intelligence on fresh graduate hiring at Schools


    Continuous consult on fresh graduate hiring to the Business Managers from various Lines of Business. Complete all process requirements, including dispositioning candidates and ensuring compliance with all policy and regulatory requirements


    Collaborate and consult with Recruiting colleagues, internal partners, managers, and more experienced managers regarding the recruitment process


    Identify & plan Campus Engagement activities throughout the academic year to build Genpact brand as an Employer of Choice



Qualification we seek in you!


Minimum Qualifications:


    MBA or equivalent degree


    Strong communication skills


    Ability to multitask & work in a fast-paced work environment


    Good strategy & planning skills


    Good stakeholder management skills


    Strong self-drive



Preferred qualifications

    Relevant work experience in Recruitment with experience in Campus hiring, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education
