Genpact is inviting applications for the role of ‘Learning and Development – Consultant/ Advisor’.
*Education – BE, B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Tech (Only Technical Degrees)
*Experience – Min 5 years relevant experience in Learning and Development consulting/ advisory/ data & analytics roles.
*Skills – Learning and Development, Consulting, Data & Analytics, Learning need analysis, L&D Interventions, Learning content curation etc.
*Location – Bangalore (WFO)
*Shift – Day/ UK Shift
*Notice Period – Max. 60 days
Responsibilities
· Carry out learning needs analysis to determine the skills gap between current and desirable learner levels for Analytics teams
· Conduct detailed analysis and collaborate with business SMEs/stakeholders and to co-curate the learning projects, learning content with internal/external parties for all forms of platforms: e-learning, Virtual ILT, SOPs
· Liaise with partners (e.g., external platform partners, course providers, employers, examining bodies)
· Calendarize and organize L&D interventions in formal (e.g., a classroom), informal (e.g., floor-walking) or online (e.g., e-learning and webinar) settings, including New Hire Induction, Campus programs and other technical trainings etc.
· Drive Learning Paths at every band/level of roles within your business, to provide directional guidance on career paths to employees
· Governance around learner development, maintaining records, reports on learning interventions, certifications etc.
· Design and implement effectiveness metrics of learning interventions
· Be a part of high-impact analytics-level capability-build projects
· Manage flagships Programs across One AI including Genome, etc. which includes Managing and hosting Webinars across G on Analytics initiatives– Hosting, Moderating training sessions, and Program Management

Minimum Qualifications
Graduate/ Postgraduate – Preferred BE/ B tech. / MCA / MSc. / BSc
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
· Graduate, any degree preferably computer science
· Minimum years of experience is around 8-9 years
· Preferably from a technical background having worked in technical teams
· Good communication skills & executive presence to connect at Leadership level
· Hunger to excel and learning agility is all we are looking for!
· Hands on experience in handling end to end training programs and project management experience would be added advantage
· Proficient in Excel and dashboarding/reporting
