We are inviting applications for the role of BA, Training
In this role, you will be working extensively with Business stakeholders on executing the training plans by liaising with Genpact Business/project teams/SMEs, Vendor partners who deliver training solutions, Genpact IT and Infrastructure teams in coordinating training requirements, Genpact corporate L&D teams that maintain learning platforms to ensure training data is gathered accurately, assembled in Genpact systems and reported accurately.

Responsibilities

  • Training Needs assessment – Conduct surveys/ discussions with business to understand the training needs
  • Drive Domain and Technology sessions to upskill associates as per the training need identification
  • Execute session observations & make changes to add value on delivery & training modules & report to partners in an effective & reoccurring timely fashion
  • Vendor Management/Sourcing- Liaise with impaneled vendors to design the curriculum and coordinate technical calls between vendor and business teams to finalize training curriculum
  • Training Feedback – Conduct post training feedback surveys
  • Support Training leader on larger business agenda as needed
  • Align with the employee development initiatives run at the organization level
  • Govern and manage end to end reports pertaining to core training deliverables
  • Analyze reports and provide meaningful insights for consumption by stakeholders
  • Drive adoption and penetration of L&D metrics and programs
  • Review and reporting to internal stakeholder

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelors / Masters (any stream)
  • Well versed with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
  • Ability to crunch data, possesses data driven & fact-based approach

Preferred Experience & Skills required

  • Relevant experience in the learning space – having worked in collaboration with internal (Genpact) & external (client) stakeholders to manage business process knowledge
  • Ability to make impactful presentations for stakeholders, BL, employee interactions – Visually appealing & well-articulated
  • Emotional intelligence – maturity in having conversations with senior partners and employees, learners etc.
  • Effective probing skills, Proactive communication & High analytical skills – should be able to foresee issues and suggest solutions, with impactful data
  • Passionate to deliver on the learning commitment – be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Flexibility to take on multiple tasks, problem solving & critical thinking skills
  • Ability to take stand up training sessions basis requirement
  • Ability to work with diverse set of stakeholders
  • Anticipate needs arising in short term for leadership and get organized in advance on what may be needed
  • Good Interpersonal skills – ability to articulate the business need and engage partners at middle management levels
