1. Assisting with various departmental duties and providing academic support to Professors and other staff.

2. Training and mentoring junior staff.

4. Teaching and supervising undergraduate and graduate students.

5. Providing demonstrations and supervising experiments and investigations.

6. Providing Department Heads with feedback on student progress.

7. Writing proposals to secure funding for research.

8. Attending faculty and departmental meetings and voicing concerns or providing suggestions for improvement.

Skills required

·M.Pharm. in Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, D. Pharm., B. Pharm., M. Pharm. (Pharmaceutics), M. Pharm ( Pharmacology) & M. Pharm.

Phd – 2 position

· Minimum 10 years of teaching experience

· Strong analytical, observational and problem-solving skills

· A good record of attending conferences and academic events

· Excellent research, writing and interpersonal skills

· A passion for teaching and engaging with students

· Patience, understanding and willingness to help

Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate and graduate-level courses in pharmacy and related fields
• Mentor and advise students on academic and professional development
• Conduct independent and collaborative research in the field of pharmacy
• Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental initiatives and programs
• Participate in departmental, college, and university-wide committees and activities

Job Description :

· Assist in the teaching of pharmacology in medical and/or pharmacy education settings.

· Teaching a highly integrated, systems-based, hybrid curriculum integrating active learning strategies in small and large groups.

· Engaging in medical education and related fields as a member of an interdisciplinary teaching team.

· Teaching undergraduate/postgraduate medical students both theoretical and practical knowledge.

· Must have a strong commitment to both teaching and developing a research program involving undergraduates and graduates.

• Teaching and covering the curriculum as designed and outlined by the institute by adhering to the rules and regulations.
• Creating, developing and implementing innovative techniques for better and easy understanding of the students.
• Monitoring and observing the students’ attendance, progress and assessments.
• Preparing various kinds of reports by evaluating and grading the students based on their assessment.
• Keeping in touch with current trends by reading the latest articles published in different magazines or other relevant literature.
• Plan and organize for the availability of different study materials and laboratory equipment.
• Guide, lead and mentor students in research projects.
• Evaluate, monitor and mentor student academic progress.
• Create, innovate and implement career-enhancement programs and activities.

Salary: ₹800,000.00 – ₹1,000,000.00 per year
