Skills required

Phd – 2 position
· Minimum 10 years of teaching experience
· Strong analytical, observational and problem-solving skills
· A good record of attending conferences and academic events

Job Description :
· Assist in the teaching of pharmacology in medical and/or pharmacy education settings.
· Teaching a highly integrated, systems-based, hybrid curriculum integrating active learning strategies in small and large groups.
· Engaging in medical education and related fields as a member of an interdisciplinary teaching team.
· Teaching undergraduate/postgraduate medical students both theoretical and practical knowledge.
· Must have a strong commitment to both teaching and developing a research program involving undergraduates and graduates.
- Teaching and covering the curriculum as designed and outlined by the institute by adhering to the rules and regulations.
- Creating, developing and implementing innovative techniques for better and easy understanding of the students.
- Monitoring and observing the students’ attendance, progress and assessments.
- Preparing various kinds of reports by evaluating and grading the students based on their assessment.
- Keeping in touch with current trends by reading the latest articles published in different magazines or other relevant literature.
- Plan and organize for the availability of different study materials and laboratory equipment.
- Guide, lead and mentor students in research projects.
- Evaluate, monitor and mentor student academic progress.
- Create, innovate and implement career-enhancement programs and activities.
