About The Work From Home Job/internship

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Assisting with recruitment, job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
• Assisting with the onboarding process which can include preparing paperwork, organizing orientation sessions, and answering questions
• Assisting with employee relations, which can involve listening to employee concerns, documenting issues, and helping to find solutions
• Entering data into HR systems, such as employee records or job postings, and analyzing that data to help identify trends or areas for improvement
• Helping with benefits enrollment, answering employee questions about benefits, and maintaining accurate records
• Assisting with employee training and development programs, such as scheduling training sessions, preparing materials, and tracking attendance
