The incumbent should be open to new pedagogies and creative teaching methods.

WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

Qualification- Master and B.Ed is preferrable

· · She must be a highly-motivated professional possessing innovative teaching skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Support for weak students

· · Understanding curriculum requirements, and creating syllabi, lesson plans, and educational content that satisfies these requirements.

· · Analyzing the needs, strengths, and weaknesses of students and structuring lessons and assessments around them.

· · Adjusting teaching methods to suit different groups of learners.

· · Creating engaging, stimulating lesson plans and asking frequent questions to make sure students are on track.

· · Reporting any progress issues to the head of the department, as well as the parents.

· · Able to communicate professionally with all level across the institution

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
