Job Summary

Candidate will be responsible for admissions, counselling, handling parent queries, holding presentations, generating databases through various field promotional activities, market research and competition analysis.

Responsibilities and Duties

Candidates will be responsible for providing course information to students & parents to enable them to make the right choice.

Provide telephonic counselling and handle incoming and outgoing calls.

Enter relevant information on the MIS system and maintain a database of students through follow up, engagement to provide timely support to students.

Promote continuous engagement with students.

Candidate should have good communication skills and presentation skills.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Applicants must have previous experience of at least 1+ years; experience in the area of counselling, academics, student education management services.

Graduates/ Post-graduates with a pleasing personality and excellent communication and marketing skills. Should be fluent in Telugu and English.

MS-Word and Excel skills and general computer operation is needed.
