Job Description

  • Identify broad areas of impact and articulate a plan to address training gaps.
  • Fulfill skill building requirements & use training as a retention mechanism.
  • Support the content customization process as well as the nominations process for selecting participants.
  • Monitor the quality & satisfaction level with the programs conducted.
  • Build new internal capability for training & development and enhance the business impact of training.
  • Report progress against training calendar & events on a monthly basis.
  • Monitor performance feedback on training programs.
  • Conceptualize mechanisms to enhance transfer of learning to the workplace.
  • Coordinate & implement special projects for the HR function on a case to case basis.
  • Timely formulation of annual training plan
  • Timely accurate MIS – Feedback from participants of training programs
  • Budget Vs Actual costs MIS

New initiatives for tracking training effectiveness.
