Job Description
- Identify broad areas of impact and articulate a plan to address training gaps.
- Fulfill skill building requirements & use training as a retention mechanism.
- Support the content customization process as well as the nominations process for selecting participants.
- Monitor the quality & satisfaction level with the programs conducted.
- Build new internal capability for training & development and enhance the business impact of training.
- Report progress against training calendar & events on a monthly basis.
- Monitor performance feedback on training programs.
- Conceptualize mechanisms to enhance transfer of learning to the workplace.
- Coordinate & implement special projects for the HR function on a case to case basis.
- Timely formulation of annual training plan
- Timely accurate MIS – Feedback from participants of training programs
- Budget Vs Actual costs MIS
New initiatives for tracking training effectiveness.
