About the role:

This role in Gartner Content and Research Excellence Gurgaon team delivers support for content & tools architecture, methodologies and content experience needs from the R&A organization. The team focuses on innovating, improving and evolving Gartner’s content portfolio, architecture, and content experience to increase value for clients and deliver on our must-have research promise.

What you will do:

  • Guide Research & Advisory teams to use correct content type that increases the research quality and client engagement of research content.
  • Develop strong understanding of Gartner content portfolio, and how each content type address key challenges.
  • Address questions/concerns on research models and methodologies.
  • Generate actionable insights from the variety of questions from R&A. Act as a feedback loop for the entire CRE team.
  • Interact with analysts, product stakeholders and project manager on regular basis to keep updated on progress and raise flag whenever necessary.
  • Manage process-related activities using established engagement essentials for the creation of branded research documents.
  • Improve content measurement capability of Methodologies team by developing content dashboards on PowerBI and other analytics platforms.
  • Deliver Special Projects that help CRE team improve processes and engagements.

What you will need:

  • Graduate + MBA/Masters from leading B-schools. Grads. in economics or business studies, BE/B. Tech can also be considered.
  • 0-1 years’(Masters)/ 3-5 Years (Graduate) experience in Market Research, Consulting or Marketing/strategy.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple senior stakeholders to drive projects.
  • Strong time and project management skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize high impact tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail, able to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task or set of related tasks.
  • Hands-on experience on Analytical tools such as Power BI/Tableau/MS Excel
  • Ability to interpret analyze large datasets and identify patterns to generate actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage and perform a broad set of responsibilities, often with conflicting time demands.
  • Demonstrates a positive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented attitude.
