Are You Up To The Challenge?
As a Lead Game Programmer you’ll be coding and developing hit mobile games as part of an experienced and successful team, as well as helping to develop and mentor more junior team mates.
Your Team Mates
Our game programming team are the people that bring life to all our games. They’re experienced in developing Casual games and are in need of a Leader to help them consolidate and expand on their current know-how. They’re eager to learn from your Casual experience and they own their work fully.
You’ll be working closely with the Senior Producer and the leadership team on the project to create and deliver a reasonable and impactful roadmap.
What Does The Job Actually Involve?
Designing and writing high quality and reliable code for our games. Using C# and Unity as the main technologies in your day to day work. Reviewing and maintaining quality code. Motivating your team to create engaging games. Solving any challenges that might appear on the way.
Your Hard Skills
At least 5 years of experience in game development with C#. Experience with Unity. Experience leading a team. Android / iOS / casual games development experience Ability to derive and estimate tasks based on design documentation. Experience with source control such as SVN, Git or Perforce Understanding and appropriately implementing design patterns. You have released at least one Casual Mobile game You have experience in overseeing the development and release of LiveOps Android build pipeline experience is highly appreciated iOS development and release pipeline experience is a massive plus RESTful experience would be a plus.
