Are You Up To The Challenge?
As the Administrator you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the functionality and appearance of our office facility. You will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the facility, including the AC system, plumbing, electrical fixtures, and more. In addition, you will lead a team of maintenance staff to ensure the regular upkeep and cleanliness of the office premises.

What Does The Job Actually Involve?
Manage and maintain all technical systems, including HVAC (AC system), plumbing, and electrical fixtures, ensuring they are in optimal working condition. Collaborate with external contractors and vendors for repairs, maintenance, and upgrades as needed. Develop and execute a preventive maintenance plan to ensure the longevity of facility assets and coordinate and schedule routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, painting, and landscaping. Implement and enforce health and safety standards and protocols in compliance with local regulations, and conduct regular safety drills and emergency response exercises for employees. Prepare and manage the facility operations budget, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness. Assist in planning and executing office space layout changes to accommodate company growth and improve efficiency, manage office space allocation and ensure that it aligns with departmental needs.
Your Hard Skills
Minimum 4 years of experience required. Proven experience in facility management, including technical systems oversight. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members and external contractors. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
