We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient individual to take charge of implementing and managing integrations that allow for the firm to offer our clients access to international equity markets, futures markets and options as an embedded sub account within the Account Portal. The role requires a strong technical background as the successful candidate would manage the implementation of the entire project, the rollout strategy, and, subsequently ensuring seamless ongoing BAU operation and refinement.  

Primary responsibilities (not limited to)

• Nurture and build strategic vision with executive team, project team, and development team based on personal industry experience, collective vision, and feedback from vendor partners, client-facing teams, client base, designers, Data Science team, consultants and research
• Drive the operational and technical rollout of the project
• Plan and design product roadmap with a user-focused mind set
• Prepare and maintain project documents (e.g. kick-off, road map, status updates, steering committees, gap analysis etc.) to ensure proper control
• Oversee engagement and deployment of vendor solutions globally
• Work with Product Development, Project Management Office (PMO), IT and cross functional stakeholders to set up new processes
• Deliver detailed BRD requirements and interactive designs with considerations of technical feasibility and implementation plans
• Lead and supervise the product life cycle by collaborating with our engineering, QA and other stakeholders to fulfil the delivery objectives

Critical Knowledge, Skills & Experience :

• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum of 3 years of technology product management, product owner or product leader role
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex technical challenges and deliver optimal solutions
• Familiarity with exchange data distribution agreements, and clearing frameworks
• Familiarity with transaction reporting requirements, market abuse monitoring
• Previous experience in financial services
• Has independently led a team to complete project goals
• Experience presenting to mid-size groups (10-20 people)
