Job Description for BDE: Job Title – Business Development Executive Reports To – Sales Manager Skills Required – Tele Caller / Counselling / Outbound Calling / Client Servicing Company Domain – Ed-tech Roles and Responsibilities – Call our potential learners (UNSAT Test Takers) and make them be active on our platform, thereby increasing engagement. Post Engagement, Convert these learners into paid subscribers. Respond quickly to assigned leads. Use and become an expert on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Keep updated with the product offerings and process changes Work on the lines of highest ethical and moral standards and as set by the company Input Metrics/Daily Target You will be responsible for handling 150 – 200 calls per day, getting a connected Talk Time of 4 hours and activating 15-20 users on our platform daily. Counsel students and parents for our platform. Go the extra mile to meet the activation quota on our platform and facilitate future sales. Requirements – Any Graduate / Postgraduate Proven experience in Inside Sales, Outbound Calling, Telesales & Client Servicing in EdTech sector or as an Education Counsellor is an added advantage Proficient in English and Hindi / Negotiation, Pitching and dealing with clients/Persistent and results oriented. Multi-disciplinary, continuous learning mind-set Customer focus with good convincing ability and confident personality.
